6. Six pieces Photograph size 4x6 (as per photos in your
passport, both together)
7. Baptism certificate both partners
8. Libert status from parish contact the priest in your
country (both of you)
9. Delegation letter from Parish contact the priest in your
country (both of you)
10. Canon investigation from Parish priest, contact the priest
in your country (both of you)
