REQUIRED FOR CIVIL CEREMONY:
• Copy of decree absolute if you have been marriage
• Copy of passport of two witnesses
• Copy certificate of marriage from ministry of religion
• Copy of passport (both partners)
• Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
• 8 pcs of photograph size 4x6 (the groom right side)
• copy of death certificate of the former spouse if any.
• Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by
representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia,
certifying that the couple has no objection to getting married
in Indonesia.
All the document should be sent to us before the wedding
through post, email or fax.
